Refund Policy

Here is how refunds work, plain and simple.

Signed CDs and Signed Vinyl

Signed collector items (the 2,500 signed CDs and 300 signed vinyl) are final sale and not eligible for refund, except where required by law or if the item arrives damaged or defective. Pre-ordered vinyl that has not yet shipped can be refunded if you cancel before it ships.

Apparel and Headwear

Eligible apparel returns received within 30 days in unworn, original condition are refunded to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is our error.
